If you experience difficulties when logging into Web Services, click back on the login option and try typing your details in again. Accessing the System via a saved browser link can cause issues. Please access via our Employer section of our Website.
If the LOGIN NAME or PASSWORD is not accepted please ensure the correct case is being entered and the CAPS Lock is not on.
If the incorrect details are entered three times or more the account will become locked. If this happens, or, if you forget your login name or password, please contact the Employer Services Team on 0191 4246399.
If you encounter any irregularities or error messages whilst using Web Services please send a secure email via Egress with the details and provide a screen-print of any messages to:twpfemployers@southtyneside.gov.uk. One of the Team will investigate and respond to your email as soon as they are able.
